Street-smart thief Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan 500 years ago. I remember going into the theater with a joyful attitude about this movie and coming out with a bitter taste in my mouth. See even though this movie had the grab of attention with its actors and title it still didn’t make up for its bland and uninspired scenes that are just ripped off the game and its awful storytelling of Nate and sully. In all just another failure of a video game movie.

Loved this movie a lot. Wasn’t expecting much but kept my attention throughout & I especially liked the last 1/4. It reminded me a bit of National Treasure, but loved how they went to different locations around the world. The last ‘chase’ scene is incredible.

We thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Great chemistry between actors. Great storyline and plenty of action. We are looking forward to Uncharted 2. Kudos to everyone involved. We loved it!!

It has a lot of gee-whiz action with accompanying impossible stunts. Turns out Spiderman isn't much of an actor when his head shows. This is a tedious movie. The dialogue mostly falls flat. The outcome is accurately guessable within the first 5 minutes. If you need to watch a movie while trapped on an airplane, this would probably be okay -- no concentration required, and if you doze off, it'll make the flight shorter.

I went to see this with a friend who plays Uncharted and loves the series while I have never played. We both hated the movie for different reasons. They hated that 99% of it didn’t match the games and I found it predictable & boring. I was not remotely surprised as video game based movies almost never do well but I’m sure, as I witnessed, that people who play the games were the most disappointed with how it turned out. I find it really stupid that they disregarded most of the source content yet 99% of the jokes I found to be bad dad jokes that according to my friend were dialogue pulled directly from the games obviously meant for the viewers who play the games. Apparently one thing they had to keep accurate was the bad jokes.

Made me want to play all the games again. I feel the comedic aspect did the games justice. I also wish Sam had a larger part of the movie, however I am in high hopes of a part 2.

Is just a really likable kid that has succeeded.
While the movie was predictable, it was also entertaining.
For me, I could have waited until it came to pay tv but the rental was good with me.
I am hopeful that the second one will top the first so writers?

It was an “Ok” movie. I found plenty to not like, but there were also some cool moments and dialogue. I guess the good/bad cancel each other out a bit. I wouldn’t recommend buying, but sure rent for a few bucks if you’re having a lazy weekend.

It’s ok, mostly for kids in my opinion, what happened to the bracelet girl ? There was an important character who missed all of the action in the end, big disappointment there. I wish Banderas had more screen time. Other than that, I just felt the film was incomplete but it’s not the worst movie I’ve ever seen, I do plan on buying it on blu-ray.

It has solid and entertaining popcorn flick moments, but I’m too biased. I like Tom Holland as an actor, but he’s not fitting for the part of Nate. It’s a shame. They had the formula to make a great movie, not just a good adaptation, but nah. If a great video game movie was ever made, I’m pretty sure the world would actually end.

If you under the age of eight you are going to love this film. If you are one day older you are going to feel " we paid for this so we'll see it through" Really the cast are so lazy, Mr Whalberg does a good representation of an Amazon delivery box. The holes in the plot are huge and the special effects dont manage to save it. Really its for the kiddies.

Bought this on a bored Saturday night and I loved every minute of it. I didn’t think it would be that good but Alexander and the lady playing his mother both had incredible performances. Interesting plot and story, it kept me engaged.

Having played all of the Uncharted Console games i had high expectations for this movie and it pretty much delivered. Definitely recommend watching it. Cannot wait for Uncharted 2!!!

If your a fan of seeing anything that might actually take place in real life, this movie is not for you. Ridiculously stupid. I turned off the movie 3 times and ended up just giving up on watching bc it’s so bad. Not anywhere in the same hemisphere as an Indians Jones flick or even National Treasure. If you thought the surreal stunts and story lines were over the top in those movies, this movie will be a complete joke!!!
